How do I find the right size?
We provide a detailed size guide on each product page. Please refer to the size chart and measure yourself according to the instructions. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

How can I check my order?
Click the login icon on the upper right corner of the homepage to check it. If you need more detailed information, you can contact our customer service email (Email: service@breezepoise.com).
Why didn’t I receive an Order Confirmation email?
If you do not receive the order confirmation message within a few minutes of your purchase, please check your Junk or Spam E-mail folder just in case the information was delivered there instead of your inbox. If your confirmation didn’t arrive to either place, please contact Customer Service at service@breezepoise.com.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery(15-20 business days) is FREE on any order over $89 (before taxes) . If your order is under $89 and if you want faster express, the delivery charge is different that you can choose according your needs.
How do I track my order?
To view the status of your order, simply log in to your cotnia.com account and click "My Orders." Then, select the order number you want to review. Your Delivery confirmation will be emailed to you within 7 days of your scheduled delivery. If you have any questions, contact our Customer Service team at service@breezepoise.com.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The time for delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 3-5 days after the order is placed.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment centerto the destination. International delivery usually takes about 10–20 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving from the warehouse,it usually takes 15- 20 days to arrive at their destination but may take longer from time to time.
Returns & Refunds
What if I receive a wrong order or item?
If incorrect items are delivered or your order is incomplete, contact us and we will make it right. Customer Service: service@breezepoise.com
What if my item arrived broken/damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service(Email: service@breezepoise.com) within 30 days and we will either replace the item or give partial refund.
What if I don’t want my item for any other reason than damaged? / Can I return something if I don't like it?
Not completely satisfied? We accept the return of item(s) within 30 days of delivery. Please note, customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

How long does it take for a refund to show up on my credit card?
After we receive the returned goods, it takes 3-5 business days to finish transfer, and it needs 5-15 business days (not including weekends and holidays) to be credited back to your card. If you still don’t get it, please contact issuing bank for information first. For assistance, contact Customer Service.
Payment & Promotions
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB ),and PayPal. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
How can I use a promotional or discount code?
You can enter your promo code in the designated "Discount Code" or "Promo Code" box at checkout, usually located on the right side of the page or in the order summary section. Click "Apply" and the discount will be reflected in your total immediately.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
Demenswear does not collect your credit card number or personal information when you make a payment. For questions regarding your transactions on our site, please consult your card-issuing bank for information.
